The cost of the 45-gene Health Test is $495 this includes:
1) An initial consultation to collect the sample and discuss testing.
2) A PDF report sent to you when testing is complete
3) A consultation by phone to discuss the results – this usually occurs around 4 weeks after the sample has been sent for testing
Rebates
Depending on your level of cover, rebates may apply from your Private Health Fund. Please check with your Health Fund.
A Medicare rebate may apply if you are referred by your GP on a Chronic Disease Management plan. Please talk with your GP to see if you are eligible. You must inform Sydney Nutrition Solutions at the time of booking an appointment if you are being referred on a Chronic Disease Management plan.
If you claim a rebate on Medicare you cannot also claim from your Private Health Fund for that consultation.
